• Free: 1 map, 25 pins, staff links, offline access. Good for trying it on a real event.
• Pro, $79/month: 3 maps, 100 pins, 3 managers, Smart Routines and bulk tools.
• Enterprise, $249/month: unlimited everything, full history and CSV export.
• Event Pass, $149 once: everything in Enterprise for 14 days, then the workspace returns to Free. Your event's activity log is kept for 30 days after the pass ends. Made for one conference or festival.

To cancel, send a note through Help & Support in the app or email admin@bwstack.dev. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We do not give prorated refunds.
