Your first event in 10 minutes

Ready Space needs three things before event day. The app shows a Get set up checklist until all three are done.

1. 1Create a free account at app.readyspace.app with your email or Google. No card needed.
2. 2Upload your floor plan. A phone photo of the fire escape map on the wall works. JPEG or PNG.
3. 3Click anywhere on the map to drop a pin. Name it (North Restroom, Gate 4, Main Bar) and pick a category.
4. 4Open Settings, then Manage Magic Links, and create a link for a staff member. Send it by text or show the QR code.

That is it. Your staff open the link in their phone browser and see the live map. When they mark a pin, you see it change right away.
