Smart Routines

A routine turns a pin back to red on a schedule, so recurring checks never get forgotten.

1. 1Open Settings, then Smart Routines, and give the routine a name like Hourly Sweep.
2. 2Choose Duration (reset a set number of minutes after the last update) or Specific Times (reset at set times each day).
3. 3Tap any pin and pick the routine under Assigned Routine.

Tip: Routines run while an owner or manager has Ready Space open. Keep it up on the coordinator's laptop or tablet during the event.
