Activity log and reports

Every pin created, status changed and note added shows up in the Live Activity Log, with the time and whether an admin or staff member did it.

For a summary, open Settings and choose Run Audit Report. Filter by time range, map, zone or category, then print it or save it as a PDF from the print screen.

Plans: How far back you can see depends on your plan: 24 hours on Free, 30 days on Pro, and the full history on Enterprise and the Event Pass. Enterprise and the Event Pass can also export the audit trail as a CSV. See pricing
