For staff: you got a Ready Space link

Your coordinator uses Ready Space to see what needs attention around the venue. You do not need an app or a password.

1. 1Open the link or scan the QR code your coordinator gave you.
2. 2You will see a map with colored pins. Each pin is a spot you might need to check.
3. 3Tap a pin to update it: Red means it needs attention, Yellow means you are on it, Green means it is done. Shortcut: press and hold a pin to move it to the next color.
4. 4Add a note if something is worth knowing, like out of paper towels or wet floor sign placed.

Lost signal? Keep going. The map stays on your screen and your updates send on their own when service comes back.

Tip: Your link usually lasts for your shift. When it stops working, your access has ended. Ask your coordinator if you need a new one.
