When the signal drops

Every plan works offline. Once a phone has opened the map, it keeps a copy. If the signal drops, staff still see the map and can still change pins.

• The bottom of the screen shows Offline - changes will sync while there is no connection.
• Changes made offline are saved on the phone and sent automatically when service returns.
• Everyone else sees those changes the moment that phone reconnects.

Tip: Have staff open their link once before the event while they have Wi-Fi. That loads the map onto their phone.
