Pins, zones and categories

A pin is any spot someone needs to check or fix: a restroom, a bar, a stage, a door, a spill. Every pin has one of three statuses.

• Red, Attention: needs someone. New pins start here.
• Yellow, In Progress: someone is on it.
• Green, Ready: good to go.

Tap a pin to change its status or add a note. Every change is saved to the activity log with who did it and when.

Tip: In a hurry? Press and hold a pin for half a second to move it to the next status: red to yellow, yellow to green, green back to red.

Stay organized

• Categories describe what a pin is (Restroom, Security Checkpoint, Maintenance). Add your own with Create Custom.
• Zones describe where it is (North Wing, VIP Area). Staff links can be limited to certain zones or categories.
• Search across all maps from the pin list to find anything fast.
