Send staff a magic link

Staff never create an account. You give each person (or each shift) a link, and it opens the live map in their phone browser.

1. 1Open Settings, then Manage Magic Links, then Create Link.
2. 2Name it after the person or role, like Jordan, Night Shift.
3. 3Pick when it expires. 8 hours covers one shift and is a good default.
4. 4Optional: limit it to certain maps, zones or categories so staff only see their area.
5. 5Copy the link and text it, or tap Show QR Code and let them scan it.

Once a link expires or is revoked, it can no longer be used to open the map. Revoke a link any time from the same screen, one at a time or several at once.
